Feeding Guide

Tu Meke Friend Kitten Milk Replacer is aformulated nutritional supplement for when the mother does not produce enoughmilk or as the sole feed with orphaned kittens. When possible, all kittensshould be fed their mother’s milk for at least 2 days.

Warm reconstituted formula to bodytemperature (do not use microwave) and shake or stir gently. Feed 2 tablespoons(30 ml) of liquid formula per 4 ounces (115 g) of body weight daily. Divide thedaily amount into 3 to 4 feedings and feed every 3 to 4 hours. Actual intakesof milk may vary depending on individual kitten needs, level of activity andbreed. Weigh kittens at 3-day intervals to ensure adequate growth. Adjustfeeding amount as required. After approximately 5 weeks the kitten willincreasingly eat more solid food and you can gradually decrease the amount ofkitten milk formula. Consult your veterinarian if puppy is not thriving.

Mixing Directions

Add the contents of 1 sachet of formulaper 4 teaspoons (20 ml) of clean warm water and shake or stir gently.

Reconstituted formula must be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Unopenedsachets should be stored in a cool, dry place.
