Arctic environments create uniqueness
Captures all the richness from the sea
Ascophyllum Nodosum is a particular seaweed that thrives on the harsh rocky shorelines of Norway. Growing within the tidal zone, at low tide it hangs over the rocks baking in the hot sun, and then at high tide it is covered by freezing Arctic waters. Scientists believe these extreme conditions are what gives Ascophyllum Nodosum its unique properties. It is the most studied seaweed in the world, and proven to be the best agricultural seaweed available.
Ascophyllum Nodosum contains polysaccharides (e.g. ascophyllan, fucoidan & laminarin), amino acids, proteins, phenols, and an unique combination of vitamins and trace elements/minerals including vitamins B1, B2, B3, B12, C, E, K, biotin, carotene, folic acid, calcium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, zinc, etc.
